by A High Wizard combines a wide array of spells to form the highest DPS in the game. If you wish to play High Wizard, you MUST read the following skill overview or else you will suck. Ideally, a pure MS specialized HW (also maintains LoV) will be accompanied by a hybrid support HW that uses JT, GBT, quagmire, offensive SW, Fire Pillar, etc when necessary.
It's highly desirable to murder a High Wizard. so ours should hide themselves in the center of the stack to make them hard to target. Don't rush after targets.
Skill/Gameplay Overview
A HW's main DPS is Meteor Storm since it is the ONLY spell that stacks upon itself, infinitely. This means that when someone is hit by 1 casted MS, the damage will be calculated as if all active MS in the area hit. This is the only skill that you should be spamming on the same area; you should keep only 1 LoV and 1 SG should be active at a time since they do not stack.
-->As mentioned before, ideally, 1 HW does only MS. The other HW functions as a support HW that maintains LoV, uses Ganbantein on the enemy when they have pneuma/WoF up, spams an offensive SW to make sure they don't re-pneuma, and maintains quagmire.
The skill AMP applies to ALL active skills as long as 1 AMP'd skill is active. AoE skill duration is 5 seconds. Therefore, AMP every 4 seconds when spamming MS.
Friend the mindbreaker scholar so they can MBK you. Use /hi MBK "IGN here," DD HW if you aren't getting MBK.
Make sure you survive. Maintain energy coat and your SP level.
Carry at least 100 crystal fragments and make sure you always have a soul link or else Kaite will one shot you. Friend 1 SL and use /hi Link "IGN here," DD HW when you need it.
If needed/asked of you, you can test what element someone is wearing with bolts.

Maximized INT for higher DPS Freeze immunity (Marc or ED)
Stun immunity (DPS with 97 vit>Orc Hero assuming you own a High Wizard card mid
186~190 ASPD with a 1 base agi clown's Assassin Cross of the Sunset
Instant Cast (150 DEX)
About the following builds, you can easily cut out food use by dropping INT. DPS is still killer.
