The fully supportive paladin is a midline class that along with SPP bios, are the lifeline of the guild. With the most specialization, this class should have freeze & stun immunity, the highest HP possible, & maximized ASPD & DEX for faster pressure cast.
A FS paladin has the primary role of maintaining the skill Devotion on vulnerable or frontline targets that are assigned to you each War of Emperium. However, they have a secondary role of spamming Pressure on enemies in range (the most important targets are champions and scholars). When our guild rushes on an enemy guild (stacks on top of them and kills them), paladins should Pressure spam all enemy champions first to protect us from asuras.
One Gospel/Devo paladin does not use pressure, and instead maintains devotion on their assigned targets & Gospel buffs on the guild.
Do not die, surviving is your second job; stack with other players to make yourself harder to target and don't become to reliant on SPP, eat slims when you need to. Maintain your paladin buffs (Defender, Endure, Reflect Shield, Autoguard).

A gospel paladin would switch pressure out for the Gospel 10.
The specific details of your build ultimately doesn't matter as long as it fulfills the following:
Freeze immunity (Marc or ED)
Stun immunity
185~190 ASPD with a 1 base agi clown's Assassin Cross of the Sunset
High dex 140~150 with or without bless, especially if you do Pressure
