About Gears:
Generally you're aiming for two things. 149 DEX and high Attack Speed. The rest is just standard status immunity and ranged reduction items. RWC Gold is the best headgear to have due to the stats and Attack Speed Bonus. There aren't a lot of things to really choose from. Just remember to be at least Sleep Immune/Stun Immune. The rest is hitting the DEX cap and pumping AGI. You don't want to use the BG Set because of how you might get Ghost Property and be susceptible to Stone Curse and Freezing. You're the only class that should not at all cost have any debilitating status that you can be affected with. You generally want to be weaponless because of how you get more Attack Speed without weapons.

About Stats:
Aim for 149 DEX Total because of how the game allows you spam faster if you have a small amount of cast time. 90-97 VIT is for Stun Immunity, you can get away not putting all 97 VIT because of how spread out your stats are, however putting too little makes you susceptible to the numerous Stun inflicting spells/skills in game. AGI is there to spam more buffs per interval.

Gameplay
You're going to be in the back of the guild. Your priority is to refresh buffs on characters who are Dispelled. This can be done by either just spamming Blessing and Increase AGI through the party window, which isn't very efficient, however for newer HPs, this is the easiest to follow. Be sure to use Impositio Manus on classes like Snipers and Champions. Use Recovery on people who are Frozen or Stoned. Other than that, go back to spamming Blessing and Increase AGI.
